Welcome to Promptiland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Promptiland website and the purchase of digital products offered through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products

Promptiland sells digital prompt packs and bundles ("Products") designed for use with AI language models. All Products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment. Products are provided "as is" — results may vary depending on the AI model, version, and how prompts are used.

3. Purchases & Refund Policy

All sales of digital Products are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed and the download link has been made available.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Promptiland — including but not limited to prompt packs, text, graphics, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of Promptiland and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our content without prior written permission.

5. Usage Rights & License

Upon purchasing a Product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt pack for your own personal or professional use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the purchased Products with third parties
• Include the Products (in whole or in part) in any product or service offered for sale
• Claim authorship or ownership of the prompt packs
• Use the Products in any way that violates applicable laws

The outputs you generate using our prompts with AI tools are yours to use freely.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promptiland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

7. Disclaimers

Promptiland does not guarantee specific results from the use of any Product. AI outputs depend on many factors outside our control, including the AI model used, its version, and user input. Products are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Promptiland after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the member state in which Promptiland operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
